Practices for the 13U & 14U teams will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Faith Lutheran in Eustis. We will begin practice on Monday, November 9th. From November 9th through February 17th we will practice from 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm. From February 22nd through June we will practice from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. *These plans are subject to change due to any state or federal mandates due to COVID or other COVID related situations.

This season we have changed locations for our practices. This will allow us to better control our environment and the amount of people that our athletes come in contact with. Unfortunately, due to the need to control our numbers and the need to fully sanitize the gym every night to maintain a safe environment for the students and church members at Faith Lutheran, we will need to close our practices to spectators. No spectators including parents, grandparents, siblings, etc. will be able to attend practice this season. While we have always maintained an open door policy with our practices, this season the health and safety of our athletes, coaches, staff, and families takes precedence. We appreciate your understanding and support.

These teams have been placed in Package T (Non-travel teams that play both AAU and USAV tournaments). 

$2,500 - $3,000

As you will note, this package has a price range rather than a fixed price. This is due to rising and unpublished tournament registration fees as of the October 2020 tryouts. As soon as these fees are set, we will communicate the final cost of the package with each team. We do not anticipate that the price will go below the lowest price or above the highest price.

October/Commitment Payment $500 

The October payment will cover the expenses incurred for the uniform package. This payment is non-refundable as the items cannot be returned.

November Payment $375

The November payment will cover the expenses incurred for equipment, club member website access, coach AAU/USAV memberships, coaching salary, administrative fees, court rental, club fees and the FL Winter Volleyball Festival. Some of this payment will be non-refundable as they are fees paid once annually. Some of this payment will be refundable if we must shut down due to USAV, AAU, Federal or State mandates related to COVID-19.

December - May Payments

The December through May payments will cover the expenses incurred for the coach’s salary, practice facility rental, insurance, tournament registration, and administrative and office expenses. At the time of the October 2020 tryouts, there are still unpublished tournament fees. Therefore, the exact payment amount for December through May cannot be determined yet. 

NOTE: *The payment schedule with finalized amounts should be released by the end of November.

1. After viewing the information above, if you would like to commit to the team and ST7 Volleyball for the 2020 - 2021 Club Season, there are two last steps. These steps are different from what we have done in the past, so please read carefully. 

Step One: Read the Parent/Athlete Handbook in its entirety. This handbook has been updated in several areas and it is vital that you read and decide if you are comfortable commiting to the policies found within. To view the handbook: Click Here 

Step Two: Once you have completed reading the handbook and you have decided that you are comfortable committing to the season, you will need to electronically sign the Statement of Commitment. To sign the Statment of Commitment: Click Here

2. Reading the Parent/Athlete Handbook and signing the Statement of Commitment will be replacing the Mandatory Parent and Athlete meeting that we typically hold at the beginning of the season. Your signed Statement of Commitment will serve as your acknowledgement that you have read through the entire handbook and are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies found within. If you have any questions about what is found in the handbook, please reach out to us immediately, as you must commit within 24 hours (by 7:45pm on Wednesday, 10.7.20). Please note that if you choose to sign the Statement of Commitment without reading it in its entirety, this will not excuse any consequences for violations of the policies found within.  

3. In order to accept an athlete's commitment the first payment of $500, must be paid by Wednesday, October 7th. This commitment payment will cover the cost of the athlete’s uniform package. In order to allow for touchless payment, ST7 will email an electronic quickbooks invoice for the commitment payment. This invoice can be paid with an electronic bank transfer for free. You may also pay the commitment payment through the quickbooks invoice with a credit card. If paying with a credit card, there is a service fee of $16 for this payment.

• New Athletes who were not an ST7 member for the 2019 - 2020 season and who are placed on a team, must attend a mandatory uniform fitting at the Big House on Wednesday, 10/7 from 6:00pm - 7:45pm.

• Current ST7 athletes who were a  member of ST7 during the 2019 - 2020 season do not have a mandatory uniform sizing. We will not be changing the style or fit of the uniform pieces from last season, only the design. Current members may note the sizes that they would like on their registration packet. Please check and try on your current uniform so that you can be accurate with the sizing ordered. Please note that if you need to try a sample on you may also attend the uniform fitting on Wednesday, 10/7 from 6:00pm - 7:45pm.

4. On Thursday October 8th, ST7 will publish the names of the committed athletes for each team. A committed athlete is defined as an athlete who has both signed their letter of commitment within 24 hours after the team posting and paid their commitment payment by Wednesday, October 7th. .

5. Upon commitment, athletes will need to complete more documents and obtain the appropriate memberships for their team. We will provide a list of documents and memberships necessary for each team and athlete at a later date. AAU memberships are approximately $14 and USAV memberships are approximately $55. We will notify you by email when you should purchase your memberships.
