We wanted to reach out to you all this morning regarding the ST7 Battle of Volleyball tournament. It was our hope to reschedule this tournament for a later date. Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure a new date at our facility and do not want to leave this in a state of uncertainty any longer as we know many of you face difficult decisions regarding your club season ahead. We will officially cancel this tournament for this year. We will be issuing refunds to the credit card used in registration. We appreciate your continued support of ST7 Volleyball tournaments and hope to host your club again in the future. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you!

Good afternoon, Coaches and Directors.
We hope that this email finds you all well and healthy. We know this is an incredibly difficult time for all of us and we are praying for each of you and your clubs. We are emailing this afternoon to let you know that at this time, we will need to postpone the ST7 Battle of Volleyball scheduled for April 25th. We are currently working with the Big House to find a new date to reschedule this tournament. As soon as we have this date, we will let you know via email. If at that time, you find that your team(s) cannot participate in the tournament based on the new dates, we will offer a full refund of your registration fee. We are also still planning to host our ST7 Summer Cup on Saturday, June 6th. Thanks so much for your continued support of ST7 Volleyball events. We look forward to hosting your club in the future.
Welcome to the ST7 Battle of Volleyball. We are delighted that you are interested in learning more about this fantastic one day tournament. Please read below to learn about the rules, format, and general information. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Age Division: 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U
Registrations: All registrations and payments will be done through SportWrench. To access SportWrench and register your team(s): Click Here.
Deadline to Register and Pay: The final deadline to register and pay is March 25, 2020. Please note that there is a cap on each division. If a division meets its maximum capacity before the deadline to register and pay, that division will be closed. Each team must secure their spot with payment. Registration without payment will not secure a spot.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your registration for the tournament, please let us know by email two weeks in advance and we will gladly refund your payment. If ST7 has not received notice 2 weeks in advance, there will be no refund to your credit card.
Format: The format will be pool play. The team with the best record in each pool will be awarded 1st place medals.
Rules: ST7 Tournaments follow AAU Rules therefore athletes may only appear on one roster in the same tournament. Athletes must play true to age or above according to the current AAU age definition chart. If a club seeks to have an athlete play below their AAU age definition, they must apply for and receive an age waiver from AAU through Gigi Lemon. This age waiver must be emailed or presented to ST7 prior to acceptance of the team roster.
Coaches Information: Wristbands for coaches will be available at the tournament site. Please be advised that ONLY coaches listed on the roster will be provided wristbands, not team representatives or chaperones and that a maximum of 3 coach's wristband will be provided per team. All coaches must present ID to receive their wristband.
Referees: We are providing professional up refs but coaches must bring their whistle and do the down reffing duties.
Officiating Assignments: ST7 will provide professional up refs but coaches must bring their whistle and do the down reffing duties. Each team is responsible to provide two line judges, a libero tracker, a scorekeeper, a scoreboard operator, and a down ref.
Rosters: Please be aware that all signed AAU team rosters with athlete’s jersey #’s and any modifications to the official team roster must be submitted to ST7 by Wednesday, 4/22/20 via email at email@example.com.
Warm up Balls: Each team is responsible to bring their own warm up balls.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the first place team in each pool.
Spectator Entrance - Scan & Go: At the ST7 Battle of Volleyball we will be using Scan & Go Admission. NO MORE WRISTBANDS! Spectators may purchase their ticket online through SportWrench. We will send a link to all clubs two weeks prior to the event.
Doors will open at 7:15 AM.
$10 for tournament tickets
Note: Online tickets will still be available on the day of the event. Children 10 & under are FREE!
After purchasing ONLINE or ONSITE tickets, you will receive a QR Code ticket:
- You must present your INDIVIDUAL QR Code ticket with a corresponding PHOTO ID!
- The QR Code and photo ID must be presented EACH TIME you wish to enter the facility.
- You CANNOT share PASSES.
Entry and Re-entry Policy:
- - QR Codes and photo IDs will be scanned and checked for entry and re-entry.
- - Players gain entrance in their JERSEY!
- - Minors who DO NOT have an ID must be accompanied by a TICKETED ADULT.
- - Children 10 & under must be accompanied by a TICKETED ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
Note: This policy ensures you and your players' safety at our tournament! Please make sure to bring your photo ID with your ticket.
Facility Rules: No coolers, food, drinks, thermal or refillable cups/bottles/containers, or outside chairs allowed within the facilities. Only single use bottles of water and gatorade are allowed within the facilities. Single use bottles of water or single use bottles of sports drink 24 oz or less must be carried into the facility in the athlete's backpack. A full concessions will be available. The concessions will take cash and credit card.
*ST7 is renting court space from The Big House, all inquiries should be directed to ST7 Volleyball.
Athletic Trainer: The Big House will provide a professional trainer on the premises. If medical attention is needed, please do not hesitate to go to the training room or ask for the trainer.
Parking: Free parking will be available in the Big House lot and the grass lot next door to the Big House on a first come, first serve basis. Tavares Middle School will be offering parking for a fee. As of now, we do not know how much Tavares Middle School will charge but we do suggest bringing cash for parking. Please only park in the grass areas that you are directed to park in. All other grass areas are considered tow away zones.
Sportsmanship: ST7 is dedicated to providing the best experience for all of our athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, and fans. In order to do this we ask that each team and club remind their athletes, coaches, and fans that they are expected to be role models of good sportsmanship. Please show respect to all other fans, athletes, referees, directors, coaches, and volunteers. We will not tolerate any unsportsmanlike behavior by any participant or spectator at ST7 events. Any unsportsmanlike behavior can result in being ejected from the tournament facility and/or disqualificaton of a team.
*Official AAU tournament roster and signed AAU Medical Release Form will be required to participate.
