We are delighted that you are considering ST7 Mini Club Season. We understand that deciding on the best club for your athlete is an important decision. It is our goal to provide as much information as possible so that you can make the most informed decision possible before tryouts. Fee & Payment Schedule
$500.00 per player
Payment 1: $200.00 due August 9th
Payment 2: $150.00 due September 1st - 5th
Payment 3: $150.00 due October 1st - 5th
* To secure the pre-paid fee you must register and pay online by Friday, 8/6 at 10am.
* Mini Club Tryout Fee and Cancellation Policy: This fee covers all expenses related to tryouts for one athlete for the 2021 mini club volleyball season with ST7; including coaches fee, court rental, and administrative fees. Tryout fee does not guarantee placement on a mini club team for the 2021 mini club season nor will the fee be refunded if an athlete is not placed on a team.
General Mini Club Information
Mini Club will not only help your player improve their volleyball techniques, but will also improve their overall athletic, social, and leadership skills in a fun and exciting way. Mini Club season is aimed at athletes of all skill levels who are not on a Varsity high school team roster.
ST7 Volleyball rents court space at Faith Lutheran in Eustis for our mini club team practices. Faith Lutheran's address is 2727 S. Grove St. Eustis, FL 32726.
ST7 Mini Club teams will practice twice a week and compete in 4 tournaments. This schedule allows athletes to participate in both school volleyball and ST7 Mini Club at the same time with as few scheduling conflicts as possible. ST7 Mini Club teams are determined by age, skill level, and position played. ST7 Mini Club is designed to help each athlete reach the next level through expert coaching, practice, and experience.
ST7 Tryout Guidelines for Current ST7 Members
Current ST7 members must complete all of the tryout requirements found below with the exception of providing a copy of the birth certificate. We have retained a copy of any 2020- 2021 club member's birth certificate on file. ST7 reserves the right to refuse re-enrollment to athletes with poor discipline, attendance records, or conduct detrimental to the team. Re-enrollment may also be refused for athletes or parents/legal guardians who have demonstrated disharmony regarding the purpose, objectives, standards, policies, rules, or regulations of the club. In addition, athletes will not be re-enrolled until all financial obligations for the athlete or any immediate family member of the athlete are brought current. Any athlete who left a previous season without completing their financial obligations or the financial obligations of an immediate family member will have to pay any outstanding balance and pay at least half of the upcoming mini club season’s fees in order to be re-signed.
Complete Tryouts Requirements
In order to participate in ST7 Tryouts, please complete all the forms listed below and bring the completed forms with your athlete to tryouts.

2. Age Definition
13 & Under – Must be born on or after July 1, 2008
14 & Under – Must be born on or after July 1, 2007
3. Bring a copy of the athlete's birth certificate. *2020-2021 ST7 Club Members may disregard this requirement.
Upon arrival you will register at the registration table.
In order to register each athlete must submit the completed Athlete Registration Packet. An athlete will NOT be able to try out if the registration packet is incomplete. *There will NOT be copies of the registration packet available at registration, please print and complete the registration packet ahead of time in order for your athlete to be allowed to try out. Thank you.
Submit a copy of the athlete's birth certificate. *2020-2021 ST7 Club Members may disregard this requirement.
ST7 coaching staff will be evaluating skills, fundamentals, teamwork, communication, attitude, discipline, leadership, positions, and other skills and attributes for placement on an ST7 Mini Club team.
What will happen after tryouts?
ST7 will be posting the athletes' names that were selected to participate in the mini club teams 24 hours after the last tryouts. You must visit our website www.st7volleyball.com to verify if your athlete was placed.
If your athlete has been placed on a mini club team and you wish to confirm your commitment to that team, you must complete reading the handbook and sign the letter of commitment electronically within 24 hours of the posting in order to confirm your commitment to ST7 and your team for the 2021 Mini Club season. By signing the letter of commitment, you are acknowledging that you have read the handbook and are agreeing to abide by the policies found within. Please be aware, if we do not receive the signed letter of commitment within 24 hours of placement, we will assume that you are not committing for the season and may offer your spot to another athlete.
Commitment and First Payment
In order to accept an athlete's commitment the first payment of $200, must be paid by Tuesday, August 10th. ST7 will email you an electronic quickbooks invoice that will allow you to make a secure payment electronically by bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please let us know. There will be a 2.9% + .25 service fee added and we will send you an updated invoice to pay with the added service fee. The first payment is collected to cover the cost of the uniform package and is non-refundable.

On Wednesday, August 11th, ST7 will publish the names of the committed athletes for each team. A committed athlete is defined as an athlete who has emailed 24 hours after the team posting, read the Parent/Athlete handbook, signed the letter of commitment, and paid their first payment.
Upon commitment, athletes will need to complete more documents and obtain the AAU membership. We will provide a list of documents and the steps to get the AAU membership. AAU memberships are approximately $14. * All committed athletes will need the AAU membership.
Mandatory Parent and Athlete Meeting
We are finalizing details for the Parent/Athlete Meeting. Please be aware that there will be a meeting before practices begin.
The first practice will be Monday, August 16th and the last practice will be Wednesday, October 13th.
