Service Description

Who: ST7 Training Season is designed for athletes in 3rd–5th grade who want to learn and grow in volleyball in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your athlete is brand new to the game or has some experience, this program focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for volleyball while learning how to play as part of a team. When: Athletes participating in the ST7 Training Season will practice Mondays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm, from February 9th – May 18th. No practice on 3/30 and 4/6 What to Expect Skill Development: Athletes will learn and practice basic volleyball skills including serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defensive movement. Training will focus on proper technique, coordination, and confidence while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate. Teamwork & Game Basics: Athletes will be introduced to court positions, simple rotations, and game rules in a way that is easy to understand. Through team drills and activities, players will learn the importance of communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Scrimmages: Fun, short scrimmages will allow athletes to apply their skills in a low-pressure, game-like setting. These scrimmages help build confidence while reinforcing teamwork and game understanding. ST7 Team Practice Shirt: Athletes will receive an official ST7 Team Practice Shirt to wear during practices. Cost: $25 registration fee and two payments of $162.50 due February 9th, and March 9th. Refund Policy: Partial refunds may be issued if an athlete can no longer participate in the season. Once notified by email, ST7 administration will itemize the athlete’s account and offer a partial refund if possible. ST7 Training Make-Up Policy: Make-up practices will be offered only if a training session is canceled by ST7 due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No make-up practices can be offered for athlete absences.
