This session is by invitation only and is designed not just to challenge your skills, but to redefine your limits. It's about turning pressure into opportunity, refining technique to a point of precision, and building the kind of mental and physical toughness that separates champions from competitors. It’s not just about being good—it’s about being unstoppable. Focus: Mastering the Fundamentals, Speed and Agility Under Pressure, Mental Resilience and Focus, Tactical Awareness and Teamwork, and Strengthening Leadership and Consistency Remember: This is by invitation only. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If canceling registration for any ST7 training session (lesson, camp, program, or clinic). ST7 must receive a written notification sent to st7volleyball@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If given 48 hour notice, ST7 will refund the full fee less any credit card processing fees. If ST7 does not receive notice by email at least 48 hours in advance, full payment will be kept or billed to the registrant.
