Service Description

This specialized clinic will be a high energy intensive training that will focus on improving the athlete's reaction time, game IQ, and overall defensive techniques. Athletes will be taken through drills to learn and practice how to read and anticipate ball placement in a hit. They will work on speed and reaction time to keep the ball up and in play including drills with hard hits, off speed hits, and tipping that will focus on diving and getting their arms under the ball at any cost. Pancake defense will be introduced to give the athletes another technique to keep the ball alive when necessary. Serve-receive drills will be run to work on the use of proper techniques to pass various types of serves including float and spin serves. Finally, they will focus on communication in the back row to ensure coverage of the right areas. Each focus will be given numerous reps and an attention to detail necessary to execute every skill at the highest possible level. Payment will be collected the day of the clinic. Cash or check preferred but credit card will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelling registration for any ST7 lesson, tryout, camp, program, clinic, or training session, ST7 must receive written notification sent to st7volleyball@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If notification is not given at least 24 hours in advance, full payment will be kept or billed to the registrant.
