Volleyball Skills Series: Grades 3rd–5th

Service Description

Who: The ST7 Volleyball Skills Series is designed for athletes in 3rd–5th grade who want to learn and improve their volleyball skills in a fun, encouraging environment. This January program is perfect for beginners and developing players looking to build confidence and prepare for the upcoming ST7 Training Season for Grades 3rd-5th. When: Athletes will train every Thursday in January, starting January 8th, for a total of 4 sessions. 🗓 Thursdays ⏰ 6:45pm – 7:45pm What to Expect Skill Development: Athletes will work on volleyball fundamentals including passing, serving, setting, attacking, and defensive movement. Training will focus on proper technique, coordination, and confidence in an age-appropriate setting. Teamwork & Game Basics: Athletes will be introduced to basic court positioning, simple rotations, and game rules. Drills and activities will emphasize communication, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Fun Scrimmages: Each session will include short, fun scrimmages that allow athletes to apply what they’ve learned in a low-pressure, game-like environment. Why January Skills Series? This program is a great introduction to ST7 training and helps athletes prepare for our Spring Training Season (February–May), when we will train with consistent gym access on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
