ST7 Santa Express Important Information:

Event Attendance Protocols: This is a private, ticketed event, therefore failure to comply with the event protocols will be grounds for removal from the event venue at any time.
Masks are mandated for anyone who enters the facility. They must be worn covering the nose and mouth area at all times if not actively playing on the court.
Upon arrival, athletes and coaches will line up outside on the right side of the lobby entrance while spectators will line up outside on the left side of the lobby entrance. Please use proper social distancing.
An ST7 staff member will be stationed outside the doors to take the temperature of those entering the facility. Small groups of spectators, athletes, and coaches will be allowed into the lobby at a time to allow for proper social distancing.
Once inside the lobby, athletes and coaches will enter the gym through the right-hand door. Coaches will check-in at the check-in table to the right.
Once inside the lobby, spectators will pay for their wristband, sanitize their hands, and then enter the gym through the left-hand door. Once inside the gym, spectators will be seated by club in the upstairs portion of the gym. No spectators will be allowed on the gym/ground floor except to enter and exit. There will be a section designated for each club to sit together. Please look for the signs in the gym.
All are asked to enter through the lobby and exit the gym through the designated exit doors inside the gym. We ask that each team exit the facility as soon as they are finished playing for the day to allow us time to sanitize between waves.
Due to the size and layout of the gym and the limited number of clubs and teams participating, we will not be limiting the number of spectators per team but we do ask that each family practice consideration of others in this matter.
We ask that anyone who is experiencing a fever, any COVID symptoms or has been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive; please remain home.
Food and beverages can only be consumed on the second floor of the gym. Athletes may consume beverages on the gym floor only when actively playing.
Please wash/sanitize hands as often as possible with soap and water or anti viral hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Spectators are asked to remain seated unless going to the restroom, concessions, exit or entry areas or filming your player's match.
Please sit within your club's designated area and practice proper social distancing.

Doors will open at 7:15am.
Format: The format will be pool play. The team with the best record in each pool will be awarded 1st place medals.
Rules: ST7 Tournaments follow AAU Rules therefore athletes may only appear on one roster in the same tournament. Athletes must play true to age or above according to the current AAU age definition chart.
Coaches Information: Wristbands for coaches will be available at the tournament site. Please be advised that ONLY coaches listed on the roster will be provided wristbands, not team representatives or chaperones and that a maximum of 3 coach's wristband will be provided per team. All coaches must present ID to receive their wristband.
Referees: We will provide professional up officials and will cover all other reffing duties.
Officiating Assignments: These will be covered by ST7 staff.
Rosters: Please be aware that all signed AAU team rosters with athlete’s jersey numbers and any modifications to the official team roster must be submitted to ST7 by Wednesday, 12/9/20 via email at email@example.com.
Warm up Balls: Warm-up balls will be provided for all teams. ST7 Volleyballs have been cleaned with a hospital grade cleaner and treated with BioProtect. This product protects the equipment from viruses and bacteria for up to 90 days. This eliminates the need to sanitize the balls during the tournament. Please do not bring your own volleyballs.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the first place team in each pool.
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be provided. If medical attention is needed, please do not hesitate to ask for the trainer.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your registration for the tournament, please let us know by email two weeks in advance and we will gladly refund your payment. If ST7 has not received notice 2 weeks in advance, there will be no refund to your credit card.
Spectator Wristbands - CASH ONLY: Spectator wristbands will be available at the tournament location for $10 CASH ONLY. We will not be accepting credit card transactions for entrance and there is NOT an ATM at the facility so please come prepared. All spectators ages 10 and under will be free.
Concessions: A full concession area will be available including snacks, drinks, coffee, and meal items.
Parking: Parking will be available for free in the Mount Dora Christian Academy gym parking lot.
Facility Rules: No coolers, food or outside chairs allowed within the facilities. A full concessions will be available.
*ST7 is renting the gym at Mount Dora Christian Academy, all inquiries should be directed to ST7 Volleyball.
Noise makers: No noise makers are allowed.
Sportsmanship: ST7 is dedicated to providing the best experience for all of our athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, and fans. In order to do this we ask that each team and club remind their athletes, coaches, and fans that they are expected to be role models of good sportsmanship. Please show respect to all other fans, athletes, referees, directors, coaches, and volunteers. We will not tolerate any unsportsmanlike behavior by any participant or spectator at ST7 events. Any unsportsmanlike behavior can result in being ejected from the tournament facility and/or disqualification of a team.
