Date: June 6, 2021
Event Location: Five Stars Facility inside The Well Activity Center: 110 Athletes Row, Apopka, FL 32703 *Due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a slight change in location for this tournament. Although originally scheduled for the main gym of the Well Activity Center, it will now take place within The Well Activity Center but in the Five Stars Facility.
Age Divisions: Girls’ Divisions – 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U and 14U
Divisions may be combined if necessary.
NEW THIS YEAR: The age determination date is July 1. No age waivers will be accepted this year.
10 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2010
11 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2009
12 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2008
13 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2007
14 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2006
Format: The format will be pool play. The team with the best record in each pool will be awarded 1st place medals and a cup.
Rules: The ST7 Summer Cup will be conducted under rules of the AAU Code, AAU Volleyball Handbook and current playing rules of USA Volleyball, as modified by the AAU National Volleyball Committee. For complete information, please refer to www.aauvolleyball.org.
AAU membership guidelines will be followed.
No age waivers will be allowed. It is the responsibility of the coach to enter the team in the correct age category. Failure to do so could result in disqualification from the event.
Entry Fee: The entry fee is $150 per team. All entries must be completed online at https://sportwrench.com/event/21061
Entry Deadline: is May 6, 2021 or earlier if capacity is reached. Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deadline to Register and Pay: The final deadline to register and pay is May 6, 2021. Please note that there is a cap on each division. If a division meets its maximum capacity before the deadline to register and pay, that division will be closed. Each team must secure their spot with payment. Registration without payment will not secure a spot.
Cancellation Policy: Withdrawals made in writing by May 17, 2021 will receive a 50% refund. Any team withdrawing after May 17, 2021 will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org

Schedule & Results: This tournament's schedule will be posted on SportWrench by Thursday, June 3rd. Tournament results will be also posted on SportWrench throughout the day of the tournament.
Event Attendance Protocols: This is a private, ticketed event, therefore failure to comply with the event protocols will be grounds for removal from the event venue at any time.
Masks are mandated for anyone who enters the facility. They must be worn covering the nose and mouth area at all times if not actively playing on the court.
Temperature checks will occur before entering the gym area of the facility.
Coaches will receive their wristbands when they arrive at the check-in table.
We ask that each team exit the facility when they are not actively playing or reffing. We ask that all spectators exit the facility when their team is not playing to allow the spectators for the teams playing to watch with proper social distancing.
Due to the size and layout of the gym and the number of clubs and teams participating, we must limit the number of spectators per team to 36. Due to the spectator limits, all spectators 3 and older will need to purchase a ticket.
We ask that anyone who is experiencing a fever, any COVID symptoms, or has been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive; please remain home.
Please wash/sanitize hands as often as possible with soap and water or anti viral hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Doors will open at 7:15am.
Rosters: Please be aware that all signed AAU team rosters with athlete’s jersey numbers and any modifications to the official team roster must be submitted to ST7 by Wednesday, 06/2/21 via email at email@example.com.
Coaches Information: On the Friday before the tournament, rostered coaches will be sent a QR code through their email and by text message. Please ensure that the following information is correct on the roster by Wednesday, 6/2/21, for each of your coaches (*maximum of 3 per team) First and Last Name, Cell Phone Number, Email address. QR codes will be provided to a maximum of three rostered coaches per team. We will not provide QR codes for team representatives or chaperones. In order to receive their wristband, coaches will need to present their QR code and ID.
Referees: We will provide professional up refs. A rostered coach must be the down ref. Please be sure to bring a whistle to complete this duty.
Officiating Assignments: Please check your schedule carefully for your officiating assignment. Teams must provide their own pencils and pens. Spectators should exit the gym when their team is officiating.
Warm-up Balls: Teams will need to provide their own warm-up balls.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the first-place team in each pool.
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be provided. If medical attention is needed, please do not hesitate to ask for the trainer.
Spectator Tickets: Will be offered online only through SportWrench. In order to ensure the safety of spectators, athletes, coaches, and support staff we will be limiting spectators to 36 per team. Spectator tickets must be purchased online through SportWrench. We will provide the club with a code for each team. It will be up to you to distribute this code to your spectators and divide the 36 tickets accordingly. Online ticket sales through SportWrench will open May 31st at 4pm. Spectator tickets will be $10. Due to spectator limits, all spectators 3 and older will need to purchase a ticket. IMPORTANT: Each admission ticket is for one individual ONLY. You cannot share tickets. You must show your photo ID with your ticket to gain entry into our event!
Concessions: A concession area will be available.
Parking & Entrance: Please Park in the main parking lot. Do not enter through the main doors, instead, enter on the left side of the building. This will take you directly into the Five Stars Facility within the Well Center.
Noisemakers: No noisemakers are allowed.
Personal Chairs: Due to the limited space within the gym and the need for social distance, personal chairs will only be allowed if there is space. If it is determined that there is no space, spectators will be asked to remove their personal chair.
Prohibited Items: Noisemakers, Coolers, Personal transportation devices (hoverboards, skateboards, etc), Outside food, All tobacco products including e-cigarettes and vaping products, Alcoholic beverages, Balloons, and Other items as determined by the staff.
Sportsmanship: ST7 is dedicated to providing the best experience for all of our athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, and fans. In order to do this, we ask that each team and club remind their athletes, coaches, and fans that they are expected to be role models of good sportsmanship. Please show respect to all other fans, athletes, referees, directors, coaches, and volunteers. We will not tolerate any unsportsmanlike behavior by any participant or spectator at ST7 events. Any unsportsmanlike behavior can result in being ejected from the tournament facility and/or disqualification of a team.
